Internship with Crystal Bridges

I spent three months in the spring of 2025 interning at the Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art in Bentonville, Arkansas. Working closely with the design team, I contributed to the updated visual identity, anticipating the museum's 50% expansion slated for 2026.

Exhibit Design Internship

Feb - April 2025

My Time at CB

I had an extremely fruitful three months in Bentonville on Crystal Bridges' beautiful campus in spring 2025. I worked full-time under the supervision of the Exhibit Design team and worked closely with the Curation, Graphic Design, and Content teams. It was so amazing to be immersed in art and work at the service of amplifying artists' voices through design!

The Lantern Bearers by Maxfield Parrish (1908)

Below is a list of just some projects I completed.

  • Using Blender, SketchUp, and AI tools, I created 100s of 3D components of artworks and sculptures

  • 3D printed 1/8 scale models

  • Prototyped potential gallery walls

  • Created realistic renderings of artworks in gallery spaces for curators

  • Ideated pedestal and casework systems for several galleries

  • Spearheaded the design of casework and pedestals for an upcoming Crystal Bridges installation at the Northwest Arkansas Airport (XNA)

  • Wrote an organization-wide color document to standardize the paint picking process for future exhibitions
